OCTOBER IS COMMUNITY LIVING MONTH SO LET’S STAND TOGETHER We are having a Balloon Rally organized on Sunday October 16, 2011. The rally will take place at the Vancouver Public Library located at 350 West Georgia Street, Vancouver. (3 blocks south east from the Granville Skytrain station) It will start at 11:00 am sharp and will continue until approximately 3:00pm. We will have a petition for people to sign as well as flyers to hand out to the general public.
