Self Advocacy Advisory Committee

The self advocacy advisory committee provides guidance and recommendations to the Inclusion BC Board of Directors on community development activities, advocacy strategies, and other issues related to the lived experience of people with developmental disabilities.

The committee is chaired by a self-advocate member of the Inclusion BC Board of Directors. Members are appointed or re-appointed by the Chair annually.

The committee consists of seven people in four regions of the province:  North, Interior, Vancouver Island, Lower Mainland.
