Michelle Goos

Michelle Goos is the mother of a teenager with disabilities. She also has a disability. Michelle is a self advocate for people with disabilities. She lives in Victoria BC with her husband and daughter where she works one day a week for the Salvation Army Thrift Shop, and for "Integra" one day a week.

She is Vice President of People First, BC and is part of CLBC’s Community South Island Council. She's a resource parent with the Family Support institute and is involved with FamilyWorks. She also just finished her second year on the CLBC Editorial Board.
