Day Programs

Bridges: Program for young adults in transition to greater independence

Community Day Programs: Community recreation and life skills based from the individual's home

Graffiti: Leisure-based activities for small groups of participants.

Person Centered Planning: Refers to a process whereby the individual and his or her support network lead the planning process.

Residential Services: Provide housing and support to approximately 50 people who live in duplexes, houses and apartments throughout Greater Vancouver.

Supported Family Care Program: 

Programs are designed to meet individual needs, not fitting people into pre-existing programs.  Individuals are matched with a full time care giver.
