The afternoon will include a focus on: Looking Forward to the Future: Supporting Individuals with Developmental Disabilities as they Age, a book that includes a collection of successful practice stories.

You will hear inspirational stories from the author and book contributors. And you will leave this event with new resources and ideas to support planning for the future for the people who you care about.

This is a free event and will be of interest to individuals and family members, CLBC staff, service providers and health care professionals.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served, RSVP by October 23, 2017
