Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) Annual Plan for 2010/11

In February 2009, the labour market development agreement (LMDA) saw more than $300 million in federal employment insurance programs, 250 staff and 32 offices transferred from the Federal Government to the Province of B.C.
