Educators come together to support innovative transition planning

Inclusion BC hosted a dialogue for educators who are focusing on innovation in transition planning for students with special needs on January 29.
Meeting at Douglas College, the participating educators shared their own experience with transition innovations, reviewed their work, and shared best practices for supporting transition and inclusion. Thanks to all participants; we are looking forward to next steps!
This dialogue took place as part of Inclusion BC's "On My Way" project, looking at transitions through the lenses of students, families and educators. Learn more and watch students' transition video blogs: http://transitionplanningbc.ca
