Community Action Employment Plan Survey

Summary:
Community Living BC (the government funding body for adults with developmental disabilities) is asking for public input on a Community Action Employment Plan to increase employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.

The goal of the plan is for B.C. to "have the highest rate of employment among people with developmental disabilities of any jurisdiction in North America by the end of 2015. "

A team of CLBC staff, Self Advocates, family members and service providers will be hosting community meetings and distributing surveys.

Visit the CLBC website for more information about the action plan and the survey.
