Exhibitors and Tradeshow

The Inclusion BC Conference is an exceptional opportunity for vendors to reach out to families, self advocates, and large service providers, including our over 70 members that provide supports and services throughout British Columbia. The Community Living sector is the largest community social services sector in the province, and Inclusion BC Members and other community living service providers are major purchasers and economic contributors to their communities.
Tables at our tradeshow are an excellent value! Inclusion BC Members pay only $250 for a table; non-profits pay $350 and $750 for corporations.
Just click here for our Exhibitor Registration form, or download the form and return it via email tockates@inclusionbc.org or fax to 604-777-9394 by May 17, 2014.
If you have a technology, product or service to be proud of, and that is of interest to service providers in British Columbia, the Inclusion BC conference is the best opportunity to use your marketing dollars to reach the community living sector. It is an opportunity to meet directly with decision-makers, professionals, consultants, executive directors and CEOs and gain exposure of your products, people and organization.
If you are a non-profit society, the Inclusion BC Conference is also an opportunity to reach out to fellow organizations in the community living sector, raise awareness among individuals and families of your work and activities, and engage with community leaders.

We are grateful to provide integration and recognition for our partners at the Inclusion BC conference, including speaking opportunities, dedicated keynote speakers, brand exposure in all printed and web-based conference materials, table space, and named scholarships. Inclusion BC Conference Sponsors make this vibrant conference accessible to many more individuals and families than we would otherwise be able to.

The broad demographics of the 600+ delegates that attend are: 250 executive directors and senior staff from the 70 member agencies that make up Inclusion BC’s federation and 350 self-advocates, family members and allies. Leverage your resources to convene, strengthen and swell the Tides of Change: Justice, Diversity and Inclusion for All. Your involvement in this premier event will support your position in the community and your role in supporting an inclusive society.

For more details on sponsorship, please contact our Director of Resource Development, Amy Nugent, at anugent@inclusionbc.org.
